Patients and caregivers had to call dozens of hospital reception desks manually with no visibility into actual real-time bed inventory or upfront procedure expenses.
The challenge: build a resilient, high-availability platform uniting hospital bed allocations, emergency admission pipelines, and transparent surgery pricing into a single interface.

Engineered GetBeds with a dual-sided architecture: a low-latency hospital administration portal for continuous bed inventory syncing and a streamlined consumer booking portal.
